IF YOU DO A LOT OF HANDSTANDS TRY THIS! For a long time I’ve been trying to find an exercise that would compensate for all the handstand practice. This strange pull-up variation is the best I came up with. Palms facing back and elbows in force the shoulders into an external rotation and really open your traps and upper back. Mix a few reps into your HS practice and feel your shoulders relax. 
With all the silly pull up variations on the internet this one is actually useful and I’m surprised I haven’t seen this one before🤷‍♂️ Try them and let me know what you think!

Muito tem se falado da importância da intensidade nos esportes de endurance, e isso é uma coisa positiva, principalmente quando a intensidade está associada com a qualidade de treinamento. Entretanto, o modelo “tradicional” de treinamento de endurance trás o volume como a "principal" variável para o esporte. 
Em um excelente estudo, pesquisadores noruegueses investigaram a periodização anual de 11 esquiadores (atletas de endurance) de nível olímpico, inclusive vários medalhistas, todos com um nível altíssimo de performance. Como resultados, noventa e quatro por cento de todo o treinamento foi executado como treinamento de endurance (específico), o restante foi treinos de força, entre outros tipos de treino. Considerando apenas os treinos de endurance, 90% foi em baixa intensidade e 10% de treinamento em alta intensidade. Houve uma tendência para os treinos intensos serem mais concentrados perto das competições, com uma redução no volume de treinamento do período preparatório para a fase competitiva.
Esses resultados corroboram com outros trabalhos da literatura. Entretanto, tem uma série de variáveis que precisam serem levadas em consideração na hora de transferi-los para a vida real dos nossos atletas: tempo para treinar, nível de performance, objetivos, entre muitas outras variáveis. Pelo menos é isso que eu penso ao estruturar o treino de um atleta!!

А терпения на это зачастую не хватает, хочется газ до отказа и сразу рекорды новые снимать.
