I believe I was able to do my walking & stretching 4/7 days this week.  Not super happy with this... why? No not being hard on myself. I just know how good I feel after having some Endorphins released!! And how much the cardiovascular & neurological systems are connected together!! A Healthy Heart = a Healthy Brain!!!

But the nausea, tiredness, headaches, etc just take over some days 🤕 -

I did my walk, my stretching, & then 2 sets of 10 reps for each squats & lunges!

Today I was feeling pretty good but thennnnnn during some lightweight shoulder presses the dizziness & nausea kicked in. @kimsamson4 was there to keep my back though :)

So I rested, recovered, then opted for the 2 suggested body weight exercises.

Taking it easy, listening to my body, resting up, & following orders on this Chapter of my Health & Fitness journey! ✅My remedy for shocking those shoulders - Giving this crazy combo a go for 4 sets. Sorry in advance if your shoulders are on 🔥🔥🔥😏 You are chaining together all 1-6 variations for 4 reps each. For 24 reps total per Set.💪TRANSFORMATION💪
