I have been training for 14 years now. (this picture shows a 10 years difference… no pictures before that).

I started strength training when I was 16 years old, I was 69 kg with my height being 1m 90 (6 foot 1) and  while all my friends were taking part in team sports I was at home playing video games. (I actually hated PE at the time, in fact, anything related to physical activity. Being outside of my comfort zone wasn’t really my thing you see... ). 

I absolutely hated the way I looked, had no self confidence and no luck with girls. Something I wanted to change. 

I started doing press ups at boarding school, which quickly led to me getting two adjustable DBs,  this got me by for my first year of training. But I quickly realised I needed more to make a change and so one year later, I joined the local gym. Small (5 pieces of equipment), but it was a start. France wasn’t known for its gyms at the time!



When I decided to move to the UK to work as a personal trainer after graduating from my Sports Science degree, I felt ready to learn and push myself a bit further. 

14 years later and I have lived in 4 different countries, learnt from the best trainers in the world and my work and transformations have been published in magazines and newspapers like Men’s Health Magazine. I am also 20kg heavier and have a totally different outlook on life.

Wherever you are starting today, whether you might think it might be small,  CAN lead to big outcomes. The only thing is to make sure you are consistent with it. Consistency gets you results but more importantly, it gives you self belief. 

Believe that you can do something and make a positive impact in whatever it is that you are trying to do.
