1)Hip stays on the Pad 
2)Feets are shoulder width apart with 60 degrees pointed out
3)Slow Tempo 
4)Squeeze at the Top
5)Try to go all the way down just like we try on  squat
6)Press out when u feel it’s the deepest position 
This position allows you to go deeper than the position with ur feet pointed to shoulder.  It’s good for better muscle gain!

#throwback to Tuesday’s push day when I finally reached my 20kg dumbbell chest press goal! Was waiting for @makinde_93 to come with me to do a push day so he could help me get the 20’s up, but 1. he didn’t even need to help me & 2. I pushed them for 8 whole reps for the 1st set, 7 reps for the 2nd set and 6 reps for the 3rd set with 0 spotting! What the actual f??? Where did that strength come from? 😂 next stop 22.5kg 💪💪 over the mooooon 👏 •

1️⃣Decline bench fly- laying face up on decline bench, hold dumbbells in each hand, arms outspread, slightly bending elbows. Bring weights together in a hugging motion in front of chest. Return to back till slight stretch is felt in chest. Maintain slightly bent elbows. 
2️⃣Decline bench press- laying in the same position as the one above, hold dumbbells with a overhand grip and position them out to the sides of your chest. Forearms perpendicular to the floor and dumbbells perpendicular to torso. Push dumbbells straight up till arms are fully extended and dumbbells meet above chest. Return to starting position till slight stretch is felt in chest or shoulder.
