La idea de este ejercicio es agregar volúmen extra al trabajo de bisagra  de cadera (pesos muertos y sus variantes). Además de generar un estímulo distinto con un perfil de resistencia distinto al del trabajo con peso libre.

3⃣ 4x15 repeticiones / Reverse Glute Hyperextension / Hiperextension Inversa de Glúteo.
Lo primero es generar tensión empujando con las rodillas la banda hacia afuera, y manteniendo esta elevar las caderas. Es muy útil apretar y pausar el glúteo en el punto de máxima contracción para mejor la conexión mente músculo.

here are some of my staples for a glute focused leg workout:
1. 4 x 10 hip thrust supersetted with 10 banded hipthrusts
2. 4 x 10 sumo stance deadlifts
3. 3 x 30 leg abduction with the last 10 reps being pulses
4. 3 x 20 reverse alternating lunges
5. 3 x 10 leg press
6. 3 x 10 sumo stance goblet squats supersetted with 10 Romanian deadlifts
7. 3 x 15 glute bridges for a burnout

Don’t forget to stretch after this workout because your legs will need it 😹
Also, I always start with a warmup that consists of activation bodyweight/banded exercises 😋

1. Seated good mornings
2. Donkey calf raises - before you knock it, this is an actual exercise performed on a machine. This is my home made version 😊 Bar is placed on sacrum bone, NOT lower back
3. Pause to bottom squats - part of achieving mind-muscle connection is slow/pause movements. Elevated toes and bar is lower on back for more GLUTE focus
4. Close stance squats - bar is higher on back, heels elevated for more QUAD focus
5. Trap bar deadlift jumps - lower  weight and soft jumps 
6. B stance RDLs
7. Stationary pinch grip barbell lunges
8. Hip thrusts - see story for set up - make sure the bosu ball is big enough to stay put
9. Leaning forward banded abductors
10. DB hammie curls
