How are you helping yourself release emotional clutter?“Overnight Oats” con granada. INGREDIENTES: 1 persona 
1 plátano aplastado 
1/2 taza de hojuelas (aquí usé una mezcla entre avena grande de “sopa” y hojuelas de centeno)
1 cuchara de chía
1/2 taza de líquido (2/3 leche de tu preferencia y 1/3 agua)
2 cucharas de semillas de granada (Y si hay algún jugo, ¡inclúyalo!) Opcional: 4-5 frutillas cortadas finas .

Para servir: Opcional
Más semillas de granada, frutilla y plátano
Semillas de girasol tostadas y pop de quinua u otras semillas o granola .

PROCEDIMIENTOS: -	Aplastar el plátano, cortar las frutillas y mezclar las frutillas y las granadas con el plátano en un frasco o bol. -	Añadir avena y semillas de chia y además el líquido y batir bien para que no cree grumos de chia. -	Ya está! Dejar en el refrigerador durante la noche. -	En la mañana: batir tu avena unos segundos.
