Here’s a little more of my “Quarantined with Kids” Playlist!  Can you relate?? In all seriousness, 🎶 music 🎶 is my #1 go-to for stress release.  Putting on some music and going for a walk or a drive totally helps me unload any emotional clutter I’m managing at the moment.  It’s always available, there’s music for every mood, you can share it or keep it personal and it’s totally nostalgic. ⠀⠀
Sometimes on a crappy day, I’ll put on old skool Hip Hop, G. Love or Beastie Boys to check my head (see what I did there?). When I’m super %$#@* it’s Rage Against the Machine.  And recently, I’ve been listening to...wait for it….Country to relax in the backyard!!! What??!?! 😲  The girl from Staten Island’s gone country!?!? ⠀⠀
With May being Mental Health awareness month, let’s give ourselves a moment to check in with our overall well being.  How are you helping yourself release emotional clutter?
