If there is one thing you should be consuming more of, it’s water! Not only is water an absolute essential in everyone’s life, but the fact is that most people remain dehydrated throughout the day. Try to aim towards drinking half a gallon of water each day if possible and drink it before each meal to control your cravings.

Did you know? “The average adult human body is 50-65% water.”Fried Asian style cauliflower "wings" with a side of oven-baked fries with caramelized onions and spicy mayo 🍽
As promised the cauliflower "wing" recipe: 
We cut the cauliflower into medium size florets and coated them in batter and then fried in olive oil. For the batter we mixed together a cup of oat flour (blended up oats), 1/4-1/2 a cup of water, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once the cauliflowers were nice and crispy we tossed them in the sauce. This is where you can be creative and change it up based on your mood! 
For this recipe in particular we (sautéed garlic, ginger, onions, and chives on medium heat. Once golden brown, we added some liquid aminos, tamari sauce, and maple syrup.) For the buffalo cauliflower "wing" sub we posted on September 29, 2018 we coated in buffalo sauce that we heated up and mixed with sriracha and maple syrup 😋

1️⃣. BECOME AWARE, and AVOID YOUR TRIGGERS!! Start noticing the situations that cause you to play the comparison game. Social media, as I’ve mentioned, is a big one for most of us. What about other circumstances? Is there a certain person who is constantly bragging about this or that, or asks you questions about your life that are designed to make you feel inferior? Are there certain activities, such as strolling through a high-end shopping mall, or driving through an expensive neighborhood, that frequently make you feel discontented with your life (when you were feeling just fine about your life, an hour before)? 2️⃣. OTHER PEOPLES OUTSIDES CANT COMPARE TO YOUR INSIDES!! This is such a helpful habit to cultivate. Unless you’re really close to someone, you can’t use their outward appearance to judge the reality of their life. People carefully curate the social media versions of their lives, and do the same with the lives they live out publicly. 
3️⃣. BE GRATEFUL FOR THE GOOD IN YOUR LIFE!! If you commit yourself to being deeply grateful for what’s good in your life, and remind yourself of it daily, you’ll be far less vulnerable to comparison and envy. 
4️⃣. COMPARE ONLY TO MOTIVATE!! . Who inspires you to live better, in the way that matters most? Spend your precious time and thoughts on this, instead.

2 tbsp Almond Meal.
2 tbsp Ground Oats
2 egg whites.

1 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon.
1/4c coffee.
Mix, pour and boom 💥 You have a healthy waffle and donuts to satisfy your cravings ) .... 😍😍😜.
Divide your batter in two (one for one waffle and the other half for two donuts (bake the donuts at 350F for 10 minutes on a donut pan)

Japanese Sweet Potato Alfredo! 😍

Sauce: simmer one LARGE Japanese sweet potato (peeled and cut into cubes) with a couple cloves of garlic in boiling water (enough to cover the potatoes) for about 20 minutes until very tender and water has cooked down. Blend the potato and garlic, 1/2 cup of the boiled water, 1 cup of dairy-free milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, (optional: 1 tablespoon of vegan Parmesan). Return to sauce pan and simmer for about 5 minutes till desired thickness.
