I’ve noticed a huge change in my lifestyle since I decided to let the former take precedence over the latter (read abundance, for the win)
It makes a huge difference when you start believing that you have enough. Enough strength ( to be able to lift your body weight ) Enough confidence ( to go head on in an uncomfortable discussion) Enough heart ( to let go, just let go)
Enough bandwidth (to get through a rough day) Enough time (to call your parents) Enough love ( to say thank you and appreciate others, without a goddamn reason ) Enough food (to share with everyone ) 
Enough coffee .. NO.. there’s never enough coffee (there is no such thing as enough coffee)

Constantly train your mind to live in abundance, you will find abundance.

Feeling stiff when squatting or pressing things overhead?
Try adding some of these into your warm ups:  Thoracic Bridges
•
Sometimes our ability to squat deep enough is hampered by tight hips, and sometimes by a stiff upper back (aka: thoracic spine region).
•
When the upper back can’t lengthen it rotate to accommodate the squat, the mobility ends up coming out of our low back area—which is meant to be a stable base for us, not a stretchy spot.
•
This can lead to all kinds of uncomfortable positions during squatting, most notably ‘butt wink’ and/or the torso folding forward instead of staying more upright.
•
Either of these can make our low back feel pretty junky when repeated over time.
•
To help the t-spine move better, the thoracic bridge is a fantastic move.  Not only does it work the mobilize the upper back, but it also strengthens those core muscles and helps us build shoulder stability, too.
•
One set of 10-20 before a workout can be helpful.  And for strength building/prehab/rehab purposes, 3 sets of 20 is a solid goal to shoot for.
•
But if you need to do them in smaller chunks of 3-5 in the beginning, don’t worry about it—just take a break when you need to, then get after it again until you accumulate your reps.
•
