2οΈβ£ Shoulder press (with dumbbells) | 10 reps, 3 sets
3οΈβ£ Lateral raise (with resistance band) | 10 reps, 3 sets
4οΈβ£ Bent over row (with dumbbells) | 10 reps, 3 sets
5οΈβ£ Lateral to front raise (with dumbbells) | 10 reps EACH ARM, 3 sets
Perform each exercise 10 times and repeat this for 3 rounds, remember to have a 30 second rest break in between each exercise!π₯
