A gist of my leg workout yesterday. I had a great sweaty workout. I started off on the stairs for about 45 minutes then I went straight into my leg workout. I always try and focus on the big compound lifts to build bigger stronger legs. One thing with the big compound lifts is that without a good form you can hurt yourself in many ways. It takes a lot of practice and a shit load of time to get that perfect form down but just like you I’m still learning.
