Happy Saturday! Decided to muster up the snuff to workout early this morning as my roommates and I are hosting a brunch at our house today!

These single leg RDLs are tough especially for one with little balance but I am finding that they’re getting more controllable the more I practice them. Lots of core stability required for these.

Standing calf raises 4x12
