So as I’m in the motivational mood I’m gonna do something I usually don’t. Post a video of my clumsy ass self dancing. I stopped dancing about 7 years ago due to health issues. I’m tired of constantly missing things that I used to do and even if it means I have to push past my own mental and physical pain, I’ll try. ❤️ At first Iwas feeling sh** the first time, I tried now I feel a little less sh**. 😂 and this is all thanks to the @thefitnessmarshall for putting amazing videos up with great routines which you can just learn in your own time.
