These exercises might seem different than what everyone tells you (like deadlift) but they have actually given me great results.
They are a mixture of isolate and compound exercises that can really help to target back muscles and help them grow. Also whenever I workout to target a particular muscle, I focus on such exercises that can help me to really grow those muscles. I don’t do workout just to lift weight from Point A To Point B cause that wouldn’t bring any major change. Try all the exercises with 12-15 Reps for 3-4 sets. Train them with intensity for at least 2 months and you will surely see great results. πŸ’ͺ🏻

The row can be one of the best exercises to perform with heavy loads. Here I demonstrate an underhand grip barbell row. This move was popularized by Dorian Yates, a former bodybuilder that had huge biceps and lats. In fact, it was one of his favorite exercises, which is why it’s referred to as the β€œYates row.”

Technique tips:

➑️ Use a grip width that’s most comfortable. People with subpar supination should use a wider grip to take stress of their wrists.
.
➑️ A little trunk/hip movement is normal with this exercise, especially with heavy loads. Just be sure to maintain a neutral spine.
.
➑️ If you have a cranky neck, keep it in a neutral position during the move.

5 sets of 5 reps is a good place to start.
