Every three months i switch from a high carb diet (no grains and gluten free) to a keto vegan diet . This was something i learned that my body really requires. 🌱 a consistent keto diet for more than 12 weeks leaves me feeling drained 😓 and my mental clarity begins to weaken 🧠 . However if i continue a moderate-high plant based diet for more than 12-13 weeks I began to 🎈 , my cardio-respiratory health weakens , and my stamina and endurance declines! 🏃🏽‍♀️ 💨 have you ever experience the same challenge with food... even if it’s a healthy food? ••••••what “health” foods make you feel sluggish ?•••••

ITS MEATLESS MONDAY and these muffins are meat free and 🌱 vegan 😂! Look everything meat free isn’t vegan 🤷🏾‍♀️ ! These muffins are dairy free, egg free , wheat free, soy free, and easy to make! If you don’t have almond flour then just use oatmeal 🙄 it’s just my fit family loves  the extra texturey texture from the baked almond flour !

🌾1.5 c gluten free oats
🌰 1 c almond flour
🔸1 tbsp flaxseeds + 3 tbsp water
🥄 1 tsp baking soda
🥄 1 tsp baking powder
♨️1 tbsp cinnamon
🌰1 tbsp nutmeg
🥛 1 c Non dairy Milk
-mix all ingredients into 1 bowl 🥣 , pour into non stick muffin pan, ♨️ bake for 20 mins , 🌬 let cool for 15 mins💪🏾 ARM ANNIHILATION !!! ———————————————————————————

Reducing the stubborn fat and loose skin around my triceps and biceps frustrated  my whole soul during the beginning of my weight loss journey. It seemed my arms were getting smaller but when I waved 👋 and even after I stopped waving , my arm would  still be waving 🤭 I’ve learned  my loose skin has to be constantly reminded to stay firm... how do I consistently remind my muscle and skin to keep it right and tight ??
