Some simple things to help eliminate some barriers to exercise and help you reach your goals... -Prepare your meals ahead of time. I always have my breakfast and lunch for the next day ready to go so I don’t have to waste time with it in the morning.
-Pack your gym bag the night before and leave it by the door. It’s all ready to go for whether you train before or after work. You’ll be less likely to skip and go home since you have everything with you.
-Have your water bottle filled up and ready to go. Simply just one less thing to waste time with and can help you to drink more water.

Some of this may seem silly or obvious, but these truly make a difference and help make it easier to stick to your goals. Spending a few minutes the night before getting all of these things together will help you get rid of excuses as to why you can’t or won’t go train or have nutritious meals available.

This can also mean sleeping in a little bit longer in the morning since everything’s ready to go! A little bit more sleep yields a little bit more recovery and a much happier, energetic you. 😉

I just keep coming up with weird names for exercises, it’s a gift really. This one is literally what it sounds like. You’re having to basically do a single arm plank while trying to move the ball. I used this in my spin class the other day and I’m pretty sure everyone loved it. 👌🏼

This is an antagonist muscle superset - meaning you are training opposing muscle groups in each exercise.

This is a really great way to work on strength, whilst still keeping work rate high.

1️⃣ DB deficit reverse lunges (quad dominant movement) - 8-10 reps each leg
.
2️⃣ BB good morning (glutes + hamstring dominant movement) - 8-10 reps
.
.
Perform as a pair and then rest for 2 mins. .
Repeat 3-4 times, depending on training ability.

This would be for an intermediate - advanced level trainer. Beginner trainers would need to learn their basic movement patterns first.

By far the most neglected area on the human body when it comes training. Most people’s feet are VERY WEEK, and almost everyone has problems with ankle mobility. If the foot is not strong and stable then IT WILL affect the knee, hip, and rest of your body when you try to move weighted or not. If your ankle is limited in range of motion IT WILL limit someone’s ability to get their hips lower in a squat or hinge pattern.

Fast forward a year and Bronte has completely changed her outlook on health. She started eating ALLLLLL the food to the point she couldn’t physically eat any more, instead of getting bulky and putting on weight her body fat started to decrease rapidly and muscle definition went up! 
Bronte then took on the challenge of a strongwoman competition and surprised her self by flipping a tire 3x her bodyweight 22x in one event!
