I get asked questions all the time.
How often do you train?
What do you eat on a normal day?
What do you do in your workouts?
My answer is always the same:
‘’What I do fits with my goals and life.’’
There is no point me going into my daily routine or how I train or what I eat because it’s specific to me.
Your training and nutrition should also be specific to you. Your goals are yours for a reason.
This is why when a new client joins me I get them to fill in a questionnaire giving me as much information as possible.
Why?
So I can give them a program that will fit around their life, their kids, their job and help them reach their goals.
I could give everyone a generic plan on a pdf but I don’t because it won’t work, it won’t be sustainable and I won’t be giving the client the best chance of reaching their goals AND creating a healthy lifestyle.
What I do is irrelevant to you reaching your goals in a way that is sustainable and that is why my 1-1 program works. It is specific to you.
