Todays WOD:
Push ups 20 sets :
* Set 1 = 1 rep
* Set 2 = 2rep
* Set 3 = 3 rep.....and do it all the way till you get to 20 reps in lasg set with just 15 seconds rest in between.

Lateral raises : 15 sets of 12 reps with 15 sec rest in between.

Bicep curls: 7 sets of 25 reps with 20 sec rest in between.
