I feel like this is a huge reason why people give up on their “New Years Resolution” to exercise more: they just don’t think it’s FUN.⁠

I think a lot of that comes down to them doing the WRONG kind of exercise. They’re just doing what everyone else thinks they should do, or what they’ve seen on TV. Let me tell you, going to the gym and running on the treadmill for thirty minutes is going to get old FAST.⁠

That’s one of the reasons I love functional form exercises so much. ⁠
⁠
Not only do you not need to pay out for an expensive gym membership, but you don’t even need equipment! Functional form also forces your body to move in unique ways so it’s always fun and challenging. ⁠

Functional form exercises are, in a lot of ways, an art form. You might suck at it at first, but the more you practice the better you’re going to get, and the more your body will thank you for it! ⁠
