I wasn’t going to upload the photo on the right because I felt it wasn’t the best shape I’d been in.. I hadn’t been to the gym in so long and my diet had slipped massively - mainly because I’d been so busy with work, moving house and health issues. .

Everyone is guilty of getting these negative thoughts about themselves and thinking they could look better in some way, shape or form.. it’s important we stop being so harsh on ourselves.. Give yourself a break! .

Life can be stressful and hectic at times, we are all making mistakes, learning and growing everyday.. we just have to learn to enjoy the process!
