Hawt damn. I’m already getting sore from today’s workout. Got 20 minutes of walking in at work (kids walked the track and I joined), a short hiit on the elliptical and the PWR quick upper body workout all before 2 pm. I would say that’s a good day. It felt really good too and brought my motivation back a little. 💪🏼
Thank god tomorrow is leg day because I think my arms will be useless 🤣
