To inspire others and add value to their life I have to inspire myself. Sometimes it’s hard to keep focused when other things in your life make you sad or aren’t going as you want them to. But a huge lesson I’ve learnt in this past year thanks to my dear friend & mentor  #L.B is to drop the story, the excuses as to why we continue to do things as we’ve always done and therefore don’t get what we want. To give our best to others we have to love and value our own mental and physical health. The two are intertwined. Sitting back and giving yourself a moment as to how you can move forwards with goals to get what you want is the kindest act to give yourself. This week I have got back into my fitness routine with two runs, two yoga sessions and a PT session, and the weeks not over yet.
