My favourite way to end any workout is to Run The Rack (Rax) ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Iโ€™ve gone for Hammer Curls to end yesterdays Pull workout but you can do literally any Dumbbell exercise!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

Start with the heaviest dumbbells you can do a few reps withโœ…
I donโ€™t care about your form, it will get better once you reach the lighter endโœ…
Jump from Dumbbell to Dumbbell, stick to between 4-5 reps each because youโ€™ll end up doing atleast 50 altogether!โœ…
Once you reach the lightest Dumbbell, go for burn outโœ…
& then finish with Bodyweight reps til failure tooโœ…

Intense way to finish any workout but I love it ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

I usually do Bicep Curls, Rear Delt Flyes, Side Lateral Raise, Shoulder Press & Dumbbell Squats to finish ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฝ

Also if the weights are in the wrong order... still use whatever you find, go from light to heavy to light if thats whats available... just RUN THE RAX ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ
