My favourite way to end any workout is to Run The Rack (Rax) ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ

Iโve gone for Hammer Curls to end yesterdays Pull workout but you can do literally any Dumbbell exercise!๐๐พ
.
Start with the heaviest dumbbells you can do a few reps withโ
I donโt care about your form, it will get better once you reach the lighter endโ
Jump from Dumbbell to Dumbbell, stick to between 4-5 reps each because youโll end up doing atleast 50 altogether!โ
Once you reach the lightest Dumbbell, go for burn outโ
& then finish with Bodyweight reps til failure tooโ

Intense way to finish any workout but I love it ๐๐พ

I usually do Bicep Curls, Rear Delt Flyes, Side Lateral Raise, Shoulder Press & Dumbbell Squats to finish ๐๐ฝ

Also if the weights are in the wrong order... still use whatever you find, go from light to heavy to light if thats whats available... just RUN THE RAX ๐ช๐ฝ
