I just want to say thank you to everyone for putting up with my promo bombardment this week! I’ll get back to our regularly scheduled instagram posts soon!

I’m just really excited about the Seminar and want as many people as possible to learn and benefit from the information!

I realized while writing the seminar that this information is for everyone. Not just people with a Diastasis.

We meet once a week for an hour on Zoom and break down all things that will connect you to your core and change the way your entire body moves and feels!
