Alright yβall, #motivationMonday π€ ββββββββββββββββββββββββ I spent a fair portion of my weekend thinking negatively. I havenβt been this girl in SO long. I canβt even begin to tell you how annoying I was finding my own thoughts to be. At one point, I verbally told myself to shut up. Sometimes you gotta do that. Tell yourself to suck it up, and count your blessings. ββββββββββββββββββββββββ Tips?
1. Tell yourself to push through. Be your own motivator.
2. Breathe. Seriously, put your phone down. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breathes.
3. Do something new. Make a new friend. Go out when you want to stay in. Workout when you feel like taking a nap. No one ever got where they wanted to go by repeating the same old patterns that never once produced a new outcome.
And 4. Pray.
