♦️Begin by facing the cable machine, with the cable wheel in the center of your body.
♦️Grab the rope just below the carabiner with your thumbs on top of the steel holder, use an overhand grip.
♦️Next, tuck both of your elbows into your sides, and place your feet slightly apart from one another and arch your back with your butt sticking out - this will help stop your delts from pushing through
♦️When fully extended, hold for a second, before slowly allowing the rope to come back up to chest height, and repeat for as many repetitions as necessary.
♦️Make sure to keep your back arched at all times, and never use your shoulders or back muscles to help push the weight down. If the weight is too heavy, simply choose a lighter one.
