So bright and early on Tuesday morning at 6am in met with Pav to go through the basics again. Can I still squat? Could I still swing a kettlebell correctly? How knackered am I after cardio 🤣 but all is good. It appears I still know what I’m doing so I’m allowed to be let loose in the gym which is great. 
I always dreaded the gym for a number of reasons. 
1. The dreaded anxiety! Why do I feel everyone is looking at me thinking “what the hell is she doing?” I’m always thinking people are staring at me wondering why I think I belong in a gym. No way am I going to walk over the weights section and stand amongst everyone and embarrass myself! 
2. I never really knew what to do. Remember those days of doing 20 mins on the cross trainer, 20 mins on the rower and an uphill walk on the treadmill? Don’t get me wrong, nothing wrong with a bit of cardio (well, actually there is 🤣 I hate it!) but let’s be honest.... spending an hour in the gym without a drop of sweat on you is the stuff of nightmares. 
But I pulled up my big girl pants. Put on my headphones and immersed myself in the gym. Already I’ve come to realise that:
1. No one gives a FF what I’m up to. They are consumed with their own workouts. Nobody so much as glances in your direction. Most of them are too busy checking out their own reflections in the mirror 🤣
2. I actually know what I’m doing now. I have my workouts mapped out for me and I’ve got a new found confidence I didn’t know I had. 
So Wednesday and Thursdays workouts are complete! 💪🏼 loved them both. Bring on Friday’s!
