I’m currently eating around 2000 calories, which has been awesome because I struggle to get my food in. But I love it! My calories are about to increase due to changing my training. Bigger sessions, heavier weights. Trying to make some gains 💪🏼 Pizza
1x cauliflower pizza base (yes I will eat all of it haha and from Woolworths)
30g pizza base sauce (bought from Aldi)
30g spinach
40g mushrooms
5 cherry tomatoes
100g sliced chicken breast (brand is berg from Aldi )
35g pizza shredded cheese (brand is westcare - aldi)
80g pineapple chunks (from a can)
15ml bbq sauce
606 calories
75.3g Carbs
13.6g Fat
41.g Protein
