Did some of these after squats, hip thrust, cable kickbacks, leg extensions and calf raises. I walked in to the gym with the expectations I would be able to squat today except the gym was packed! Spring break I guess. Had to wait for the rack...which made me wanna leave. Lol. Squats felt heavy and only was able to hit 2x165. I was hoping for 4-5. Just wasn’t feeling strong today. Then saw a friend from work and chatted for waaay to long which made the rest of my workout not flow. I really tried to just keep pushing cause I was there so I needed to just put in the work. Ended the workout with some kettlebell swings. Working on my form. Not the greatest. I’ve only done these a couple of time. Just wanted to try something different as a finisher today. I never do cardio (which I need too, just don’t have time) but I was off of work today so I rode the spin bike for 10 minutes. Wanted to go longer but I had already been there for close to two+ hours (cause of all the chatting!) Oh well. Not my best day in the gym but thankful I even got to go. •
