- Double arms, scapula retraction/protraction.
- Single arm with the the head turning the opposite way.
- Over head with scapular elevation/ depression.
- Over head pull with pelvic lift.
🚩In all those four #exercises keep the shoulders away from the ears.
🚩Draw the ribs in and down.
🚩Breath.
