How long do I fast? About 20 hours every day. I only eat dinner. .

Why do I love it? Cause I am in Control. I don’t get Hangry. I’m not consumed about ‘eating.’ .

What’s been my longest fast? 72 hours. But I only do water fasts. Don’t think I’d enjoy a dry fast. .

My favourite fast? 48 hours. I do these about once a month. .

How do I train? In a Fasted State. I’ve gotten stronger. Your body is in fight mode when fasting, so your training is amped up. .
