When travelling I love using gyms around the world in various hotels & locations to see different equipment, different styles of training & of course to keep fit! However sometimes the gyms can be small with little to no resistance equipment which is where your INITIATIVE & CREATIVITY have to come alive as it’s to easy to give in & not train because of this🤦🏼♂️

Our hotel in Reykjavik ❄️🇮🇸 had a small gym but putting together a full workout was still achievable✅

Without a TRX, using the rower is a great alternative for Pike and other core related exercises💪🏼 Could also try glute bridges or ab roll outs⁉️
