Haha, misinformed people who’ve done no proper research and not in a healthy condition telling you you are crazy doing a fasting lifestyle when you are losing fat, feeling healthier and in constantly improving condition..... does that sound legit??? Hmmmm 🤔 “I think NOT!!!”
Comments like “it’s not good for you” or “you have to eat breakfast” or “you are getting too lean” usually come from 3 kinds of people 1. Misinformed or knowledge-less on the subject 2. Have a fraction of knowledge on food and nutrition but not up to date with current research and 3. Those secretly jealous of your success not really wanting you to be successful, hoping you’ll fail because they either cant follow through on getting in a healthier condition or worried you will make them look bad in comparison to you!!!
Ignore the negative comments.... do extensive research if you are interested in trying fasting and I really mean a fair bit of research citing multiple studies not funded by the food industry!!! Then when you realise hey “The body is designed to fast and feast”.... give it a go and make the haters choke on their big macs!!!!

If youve been tight mon-fri with your nutrition, trained consistently and hit your weekly goals then....Sure you can go out one night at the weekend, have a few alcoholic drinks eat a little of what youve been craving etc. But dont turn it into a full weekend of debauchery remember to keep things in balance. 
I fast mon-fri for a minimum of 16 hours a day. At the weekend I relax things and dont follow a specific eating window. Being varied with my eating times keeps my body from getting too used to fasting and keeps the fat loss benefits high. Being varied minimises the risks of plateaus etc so be careful not to do a good thing TOO much!!!
Enjoy your weekend... but ask yourself as you guzzle that beer, drink that bottle of wine or put that cake in your mouth “DID I REALLY EARN THIS TREAT?” #friday #weekend #highintensitylifestyle

Cuando los ejercicios aeróbicos y las bandas de sudor prevalecieron en la década de 1990, la grasa fue etiquetada como la causa del aumento de grasa. De todos los grupos de alimentos demonizados erróneamente, la grasa parecía plausible debido a que era el macronutriente más denso en calorías. .

Sin embargo, esta noción intuitivamente ingenua ignora las cantidades consumidas. 
El auge de Internet de principios de la década de 2000 fue testigo del comienzo de los blogs de salud. Muchos sitios web mal informados señalaron que los carbohidratos son la única causa de un problema de obesidad cada vez mayor. Irónicamente, sin embargo, los "carbohidratos" provienen de pasteles, galletas y pasteles, alimentos que en realidad contienen más calorías de la grasa. Según esta terrible teoría, un arándano causará aumento de peso porque un arándano es principalmente un carbohidrato. 
Esta idea se puede cerrar de inmediato ya que ni siquiera puede diferenciar correctamente los alimentos que quiere demonizar.

En los últimos años, los "doctores" posando con batas blancas en las redes sociales afirman que el azúcar es la causa de tasas de obesidad sin precedentes. Pero si bien el azúcar no es saciante universalmente, su consumo está presente en alimentos que son inherentemente densos en calorías. Los tres casos se contradicen entre sí. 
Una cosa que la grasa, los carbohidratos y el azúcar (que también son carbohidratos) tienen en común es que todas son fuentes de calorías presentes simultáneamente en la mayoría de los alimentos. Y es un excedente calórico general que conduce al aumento de grasa, independientemente de la fuente de calorías.

Necesitamos observar nuestros propios comportamientos alimentarios y dejar de culpar a los grupos de alimentos por nuestro consumo excesivo voluntario de ellos.

Necesitamos ser lo suficientemente maduros para darnos cuenta de que consumimos demasiadas calorías. Necesitamos saber que, a pesar de muchas causas subyacentes potenciales, el balance energético positivo es la causa directa de la obesidad. Circuit=
1: 5 mins on punchbag.
2: 5 mins on battleropes with partner interspersed with kettlebells for active rest lol if you can call it rest!!
3: 2 mins of abs.
*** Circuit done x3 giving a total circuit time of 36 minutes. Total workout time including pre-circuit warm up and abs appx 55 minutes.
