This is a pretty obvious statement, right? 

Why is it, we get frustrated after a day, a week, a month, a few months into your fat loss plan? 

Why is it when the scale weight plateaus, you freak out? 

We all want results now. Technology has been wonderful and opens up thousands of opportunities for people but the one negative thing that comes to mind is it has created us wanting results now. 

We are result driven creatures and if we don’t see those results relatively quick, it is very likely we won’t stick to it.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, like it or not it has taken you years to get the body you see in the mirror. That did not just happen overnight.

You did not just wake up one morning from skinny or ripped to overweight. If you are on a plan to lose weight, to get back in shape and you have one of those crappy days where you overeat, acknowledge it and forget about it. That one day is NOT going to make or break your transformation. 

I will tell you right now fat loss or any body transformation is NOT a results now game. It will take time. 

So buckle up, learn, make gains and enjoy the journey.
