I was having a consulation call few days back and my mentee was like
"sir I really want to work on myself but before enrolling i want to let you know that i dont have money for buying all those expensive dieting stuff ".
This made me think that how marketing of different products make us think that reaching our goals or staying fit is only possible if we have them .
In reality, everything is possible with just the good old macronutrient sources which are still available in cheap prices.
Now I am not saying that such products (fat burners and mass gainers definitely not required) are not benefical but they are definitely not mandatory !!. Comment below what else is confusing you ? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
