🌙🙏🏼I want my page to be about wellness and positivity in general and not about weight loss, however 70% of my feed is low cal recipes so I thought I’d throw this on here since there are a lot of weight loss accounts in this community and some girls trying to get healthier. I don’t want to say slimmer because I think there should be a big difference between health and looks. Looks don’t always correlate with health. 
I’ve always been comfortable with my body in some ways, I come from a country where we sunbathe topless regardless of how we look. I do not think that there is one ideal figure, I also do not think that looking more like this or that is going to make you happier. Happiness is built inside before it transpires outside, and it does not transpire with a flat belly or strong muscles, it transpires with your smile and the energies you radiate. From my part, I was just sick of not feeling comfortable in non-stretch jeans, sweating excessively and being out of breath coming up the stairs when I have always been active. I also wanted to change the way I felt about food. This lockdown was the perfect occasion to have an introspection and see how I could change things that did not make me happy. There’s no secret recipe / pills /  flat tummy tea / shakes or whatever thing some people are trying to make you believe. Eat less calories than what you burn daily, that’s it. Stay active and most of all : change your views on what portions are - (because I genuinely thought that 50 grams of granola was 8 times more than what the scales show 😂). Stay focused, don’t be too hard on yourself, stay human. But also remember that you’re the only one to live in your body, changes you make should be for yourself, for your OWN happiness, for the smile on your own face. Love🙏🏼🌙
