Living abroad and pursing studies or work isn’t a piece of cake for everyone. And in situations like this students especially need attention and care to make sure of their physical and mental well-being. I had an opportunity to be a part of helping them, Starting from 12 Apr I had been going live for Council of International Students Australia (CISA) in their Facebook page.
Last 4 weeks has been an absolutely grateful journey for me. .
🧘♀️Live 1- daily practise Hatha Yoga session. .
🧘♀️Live 2- Hip and shoulder opener session with special purpose asanas. .
🧘♀️Live 3- yogi stretches from head to toe. .
🧘♀️Live 4- Restorative and wall yoga. Anyone 4-90yrs whatever the age may be can give this asanas a shot. It was designed for everyone to practise yoga. .
🧘♀️All the 4 sessions were customised by me and I had learning from each Live. This was the first time I was doing for live audience. Thankful for all the suggestions and letting me know what you guys need the most. .
