Today I had my first hypnotherapy session... And it was absolutely brilliant!! Wow to feel your eyes closed flashing like it was a camera.
Crying feeling your tears accumulating inside your closed eyes
Linking a memory from 20 years back and then 5 years old and then 10 forward and back and forth.
Seeing it so vividly like an out of body experience
And some laughter, of course... Wow the mind!
