In ode to my favourite ice cream flavour of all-time, Iโm beginning this fab new week with my glorious Raspberry Ripple smoothie. This blend of nutrilicious goodness contains some seriously special ingredients to get you ready for the day

Top tip: always add an element of protein to your smoothie to counteract the GI of the fruit - add nuts or vegan protein powder. Both are great but I really love the thicker consistency that blended nuts create (especially almonds) and mixed with ice, itโs so refreshing and wholesome!

Ingredients:
1 x cup of frozen raspberries (and some for decoration)
1 x frozen banana
1 x small handful of nuts
Half a cup of coconut milk (keep some for rippling-through once blended)
1 x small handful of gojis
1 x tsp of beetroot powder
200ml of coconut water
Blend & serve .
