People think that because you are a Yogi you have all the answers.
That you know where you’re going, where your life is headed and what’s for dinner or breakfast. -
But the truth is: I don’t. Not by any chance. Right now there are only questions. The question how to make a living just teaching yoga, when before I just wanted to pay rent with it. (Granted, even that is hard in a big city) the question where my life is headed right now and how I’ll make all this stick, a life between two worlds, the city and the ocean. The question if there might be kids in my future and so many more. -
I don’t have any answer right now and I am being reminded of my wonderful friend @rockstar_yoga who just before going to India wrote that her answer right now is “I don’t know”.

The practice is to be comfortable with the unknown. To not try and fix everything right away. To live and love the questions themselves. (Like locked rooms and books that are now written in a foreign language. - to quote Rilke)

So here I am, sitting with a big question mark that is my life right now. Confident that everything will be figured out one day. -
