Over one week at home!
It’s flown by! @elsalarsen and I have had our ups and downs managing all of my medications and feeds but are getting into a good routine.
I’ve had a lot of fatigue and have been struggling with depression. I think the busyness of the hospital kept my mind distracted, whereas reality is setting in now that I’m at home. Being sick in your own space just makes it feel so much more real.
Luckily I have my beautiful Chids (Chihuahua-Kids) to help get me through it 🐕🐕
My Oncologist is keeping a close eye on everything and I’m going into the Icon Cancer Clinic twice a week. Today we started my 2nd Cycle of 3 weekly Taxol (4th infusion). I also required a a top up of Magnesium, Potassium and a Blood Transfusion.
Hopefully it’s onwards and upwards from here! 💪🏼
