You’ve probably seen these before and it’s a really popular exercise - I can see why!
When in doubt, face pull.
Super good way to fire up the external rotators (which help stabilise and centre your shoulder) and your shoulder blade muscles which often get weak and under-utilised due to our work/lifestyle! 😢
