Day 6 back tracking.. only 2 gym sessions in but better than none... honestly not getting to the gym impacts so many things in my life my mood my productivity my eating habits so the fact that I’m day 6 back on track with eating I feel so much better for it even my mood has lifted 💕 it is proving extremely difficult trying to find any time to go to the gym and after this week I am going to be working more shifts for 8weeks so it will be even tougher again but i am going to try my best that’s all I can do I guess ☺️ #fitness #iifym #busymam #busylife #weights #happiness #mental #wellbeing #upperbody #pushsession #feelinghappy
