Here’s a great little mini workout using the TRX 
Don’t forget to warm up ✔️Split lunges (do both sides)
✔️Rows
✔️Side plank crunches (an easier alternative is side plank on either the trx or the floor- hold for 30-45 sec)
✔️Plank rockers (harder than they look 🥴) Do 15 reps of each, 3 sets
