I’ve always had a goal to build a wide back, here are a few of my favorite exercises that help me do just that! 💪🏾
🔥 Wide Grip Pull-Ups- 4x12
🔥 Single Arm Rows- 4x12
🔥 Rear Delt Pullbacks- 4x12
🔥 Reverse Grip Pulldowns- 4x12
🔥 Rope Straight Arm Pulldowns 4x12
🔥 DB Pullovers- 4x12
P.S. One thing I incorporated was hitting wide grip pull-ups everyday (I started at 4x3!)
