Living through the past few years of my life has been a humbling experience.
Through these years, life threw me punch after punch. I pretty much lost or on the way to loosing everything I had and know and thought I wanted.
I hit rock bottom, I sank but kept trying to swim so have been treating water so to speak .
The thing is, nobody ever tells you how to deal with extreme failure in life. I had no idea what to do, where to go, or who to talk to. but I knew nobody could pull me out of this tailspin. I have to do it myself.
I obviously have the strength to handle it and the lessons still to learn as I let the punches hit me time and time again until I actually felt numb to them. I did the worst thing you could do; I came to expect the failures, and with that expectation I kept failing.
It wasn’t until now that I started to wake up from the fog and realize that I had to take back my life. This means ... I need to feel the pain , accept responsibility , have self compassion , change the story , the pattern, learn the lesson then rebuild and start again .
I feel blessed I at least know my purpose and my value and live them daily I also remained positive and have gratitude for all I do have during this trying time. I will stay strong I will get back up And make the necessary changes to move things in the right direction.
