Pokusaj da uradis ovu vjezbu 40 puta da ti lopta ne ispadne(pobjegne) napravi pauzu 2 min i ponovi to jos 5 puta.. Kada savladas kretnju pokusavaj svaki put da to izvedes brze I bez gledanja u loptu!!

Try to do this exercise 40 reps and take a rest for 2min in between and repeat 5 times!
