Good morning and welcome to the first day of 2019. We had a quiet New Year’s Eve so I was quite fresh this morning ready for knowsley parkrun.

Today was my 31st parkrun and the plan was to take it easy. Naturally all that went out the window and if my watch is right it’s a new course PB. Great way to start the new year.

Still getting used to the #fenix5 as the pacing seems a little all over the place and it seemed to lose gps. I think that was more the course though as my old watch had similar issues.

Unfortunately, I am back to work tomorrow and really not looking forward to it.
