Because a day without dancing isnโ€™t a day!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜Ž I woke up today and had soooo weird dreams. But is see it as a good thing because at least I dream. A lot of you might know that Iโ€™ve been struggling with falling asleep and deep sleep so much and tried out #ashwagandha to de-stress and relax before going to bed. And I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s placebo, but I have the feeling that I definitely dream more since I use it; before that I never really dreamed and I think it was linked to bad quality of sleep. Anyway, I tried out sooo many different things to promote good and healthy sleep, and would love to share it if itโ€™s interesting for you, either in my insta story or in a post.
