πππ ππππ‘: Mark out a 100m distance. Each round will consist of sprinting from the prone position from one point to the other, then bear / beast / your choice of crawling back. Minimal rest in between rounds for 10 rounds. β£β£
ππππππ: Your running is paired with crab walks back. β£β£
ππππ: Complete your rounds either weighted or on a hill. You now have 15 rounds. β£β£

The sprint crawl combination is a great max effort into controlled movement pairing. Here we want an all out sprint into a focused controlled crawl return rather than simply getting back as fast as possible. Get outside to do this and just make sure your ground isnβt going to damage your hands. β£β£

In the scaled version we are removing the crawls and replacing them with a crab walk. Make sure each round you alternate your leading leg - and if you struggle with sprinting get in touch for alternative programming. β£β£
